We Lash Australia Returns and Refunds Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, We Lash Australia is unable to accept some products sold by us for refund, return and/or exchange. We must determine whether the item/s and/or product/s can be returned prior to the shipment of any goods for return being made.
You must contact us within 7 days of product receipt to qualify for a return and/or exchange.
To be eligible for a return/refund and/or exchange you must obtain a Returns Authorisation number from us prior to the shipment of any return item/s and/or goods being made. To obtain a Returns Authorisation number, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of product receipt.
Any failure to comply with any of the above requirements may result in any item/s and/or product/s received without approval being discarded.
In order to qualify for a refund or exchange the item/s and/or goods must be in as new condition, unused, unopened in their original packaging, undamaged with all tags and/or labels attached.
After obtaining a Returns Authorisation from us, item/s and/or goods must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase, we will not accept any returns after 30 days. Products returned without a Returns Authorisation will be discarded. We will either exchange item/s and/or goods or credit the cost of the item/s and/or goods, upon the ite/s and/or goods being received and assessed by us. Please allow 10 to 14 days.
Goods must be retuned to us with a copy of the invoice sent with the original shipment, clearly quoting the Returns Authorisation number to the address shown on the invoice:

Please send the item/s and/or goods with tracking, we recommend sending returns via registered post or courier as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. We will not be responsible for items lost in transit or for any breakages. All returns must have a copy of the invoice received with the original delivery clearly quoting the Returns Authorisation number.

Refunds provided will be for the original sale price only less any freight or shipping costs. The original shipping costs will be refunded only if the return is as a result of our error. All return postage and insurance charges are the customer’s responsibility. All refunds will be returned via the original method of payment.
Defective or Faulty Items
In the event that an item or product may be defective or faulty or arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will organize either a replacement or a full refund.
The item may be required to be returned, this will be at our expense once we have inspected the fault.
Once a defective or faulty item or product has been returned please allow 10 to 14 days for us to receive and inspect it. Once we have inspected the item or product we will contact you and provide either a refund or replacement.
